Angel hair pasta lovers will love this tasty pasta dish , which can be vegetarian if you omit the sauteed chicken breasts to make this hearty meal!!!!

Ingredients
3 Boneless- skinless chicken breast
1 Small head cabbage, cored and sliced thin
1 Medium onion, sliced thin
3 Carrots
3 stalks Celery
4 tbs. Olive oil
1 1/2 tbs. Sugar
Water
1tsp. Celery seed
1 box Angel hair pasta, cooked
Preparation
saute chicken in fry pan with a bit of oil, remove and set aside
cook cabbage,carrots,celery, and onion in olive oil in a large pan on medium heat. stir often, as in stir fry
add more oil if needed, or save calories and put in a bit of water.
continue to cook and stir until all vegetables are softened.
when nearly softened, add in the sugar and celery seeds.
stir to mix thoroughly.
add chicken and stir till chicken is warmed through
serve over angel hair pasta
Cook's Notes
also great as a side dish if prepared with out chicken andused with smaller pasta. then accompany it with grilled chicken and a fresh tomato salad to make a complete meal!!!!!!!
