A delicious dish the whole family will love! Includes almost every food group in one dish and is easy and quick to prepare! This one is sure to become a family favorite!
4-5 Chicken breasts(cooked & shredded)
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup Salsa
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Jack cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 dozen Corn tortillas (cut or torn into pieces)
In a bowl, mix soups, salsa, and milk together. Stir in chicken. Add black pepper to taste. In a 9x13 pan, make layers starting with tortillas then topping with chicken/soup mixture and cheeses. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Bake covered at 350 F for 30-45 minutes.
You can add your favorite vegetable to the chicken/soup mixture for a complete meal-I recommend broccoli. Cut up some fruit and now you have all the important food groups represented!
