This recipe is very simple and delicious. It is very healthy and can also be eaten on a high protein diet.

Ingredients

1 can French cut style greenbeans
1/2 cup Shredded cheese (any falvor, I like mozzerella)
1/4 cup Salsa (mild or medium)
1/4 cup Chopped grilled chicken

Preparation

Drain the can of greenbeans very well. In a small casserole dish spread the beans evenly on bottom. Then spread the salsa evenly across the beans. Then place the grilled chicken evenly over the dish and sprinkle the chesse on top. Then place the dish in the microwave for 3 minutes and serve.

Cook's Notes

You can take the grilled chicken out to make the dish a side dish. You can also put the dish in the oven instead of the microwave.
