Quick, Easy and not too spicy for the kids!!

Ingredients

1 lb. Ground beef or ground turkey

1 package Large flour tortillas

1 can Cream of mushroom soup

1 16 oz. Velveeta cheese

1 8 oz. Bowl sour cream

Preparation

Brown beef (or turkey) in skillet and drain.

Mix soup, cheese and sour cream until all melted and blended together.

Fill flour tortillas with ground meat and place in a 9 X 13 baking dish.

Pour cheese mixture over rolled tortillas.

Bake for 15-20 minutes on 350, or until heated through.

Cook's Notes

My kids love to help mix the ingredients and fill the tortillas.
I usually make whole kernel corn and a salad with this recipe. This is not spicey, at all, so the kids really like it!
Can be garnished with sliced mushrooms, sliced black olives or anything else your family likes.
