Ingredients

1/2 cup Rolled oats
1/4 cup Low-fat cottage cheese
1 Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 Small chopped banana

Preparation

In blender, mix rolled oats, low-fat cottage cheese, egg and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in banana.

Mist a skillet with cooking spray. Use 3 Tbsp. batter per pancake and cook about 2 minutes per side. Serve with 2 tsp. maple syrup.
