Chicken Veggie Spaghetti

Easy cubed chicken paired with spaghetti and your choice of stir fried veggies makes the whole family happy!

Ingredients

1 tbsp. Sesame oil

1 1/2 cups Cooked cubed chicken

2 cups Chopped fresh veggies (onion, broccoli, zuchinni, muchrooms, carrots, etc.)

4 oz. Cooked and drained spaghetti (Thai Noodles will also work)

Dash Garlic Pepper

Red Pepper flakes to taste

Stir-fry sauce

2 tsp. Teriaki sauce

2 tsp. Soy sauce

1 tsp. Rice wine vinegar

1 tsp. Sugar

2 tblsp. Barbeque Sauce

Preparation

Whisk together ingredients of Stir-fry sauce, set aside.


In oil, stir fry chicken on high, until heated through, add veggies and stirfry until veggies are crisp cooked but not limp. Add Stir-fry sauce and spaghetti. Mix well, sprinkle with red pepper flakes and garlic pepper to taste.

Cook's Notes

Take care in adding salt as the soy sauce is salty.
