1 1/2 cups Cooked cubed chicken
2 cups Chopped fresh veggies (onion, broccoli, zuchinni, muchrooms, carrots, etc.)
4 oz. Cooked and drained spaghetti (Thai Noodles will also work)
Dash Garlic Pepper
Red Pepper flakes to taste
Stir-fry sauce
2 tsp. Teriaki sauce
2 tsp. Soy sauce
1 tsp. Rice wine vinegar
1 tsp. Sugar
2 tblsp. Barbeque Sauce
