Quick and Easy Crawfish Etoufee
Preparation
1. Melt stick of butter in deep
pot or pan.
2. Sautee chopped green onions in
butter.
3. Add cream of mushroom soup and
and cayenne pepper then stir.
4. Add 1 lb. package of peeled
crawfish tails and stir.
5. Cook for 10 minutes on medium
heat.
6. Serve over cooked rice.
7. Enjoy!
