1/2 cup Water
3/4 cup Cabbage
1 cup Red or green grapes
1 Medium peach
5 Baby carrots
1/2 cup Ice cubes
Preparation
1. Place all ingredients into the VitaMix in the order listed and secure the lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
4. Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
