This is one of my favorite salads!

Ingredients

1 hard boiled egg
1 cup Salad mix or lettuce
1/2 Small tomato
1/4 cup Bacon bits or real bacon pieces
1/4 cup Blue cheese crumbles
Desired dressing

Preparation

Hard boil 1 egg (11 minutes). Dice tomato, chop lettuce, if using real bacon cook 1-2 pieces and chop, then dice the hard boiled egg. In a salad bowl, first lay down the lettuce, then in straight lines across the top from left to right put on the tomato, the bacon, the blue cheese and then the diced hard boiled egg. Eat with your favorite dressing.

Cook's Notes

Blue cheese dressing is highly recommended. (Nutrient analysis does not include dressing.) Optional fanned avocado on top adds to the beauty of this salad.
