Combine chicken breast strips, soy sauce and garlic in a 1 gallon size ziploc bag. Shake to coat and set aside.
Prepare brown rice according to directions on package.
Combine lettuce, tomatoes, broccoli and cauliflower in a large bowl toss to mix.
Heat sesame oil on medium heat in a 10' skillet.
Add Chicken mixture and asian spice mix and sesame seeds to pan and stir fry until chicken is cooked through (about 10 minutes).
Allow to cool slightly.
Add rice and chicken to vegetables and toss.
Add dressing and toss to coat.
