Ingredients

1 bag Mint tea
1/4 c. Hot water
1/2 c. Ice
1 Scoop chocolate protein powder
1/2 c. Plain low fat yogurt
1 tsp. Flaxseed oil
1 1/2 tsp. Organic dark chocolate chips

Preparation

1. Steep mint tea bag in hot water for 5 minutes. Squeeze remaining liquid from tea bag and discard.

2. Add ice to the tea and combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until mixture is smooth. Transfer to a tall glass and serve.
