Ingredients

Burritos; 8pk. 12in. or 12 pk. 6in.
4 Eggs
1 cup Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Salsa
4 Pork chops OR 1 lb. bacon
Sour cream

Preparation

Bake or fry pork chops or bacon until fully cooked. Mix eggs, cheese, and salsa. Cook in skillet until fully cooked. Put eggs and meat in burritos adding sour cream or additional salsa.

Cook's Notes

I make hashbrowns or pancakes to go on the side. I also put a few Tablespoons of milk in the egg mixture. It makes them a little more fluffy.
