Cook pasta.
Moderate heat: cook garlic, onion and red pepper in EVOO for 3/4 minutes. Add tomatoes and sauce to the pan. When it comes to a boil, reduce - season with salt & pepper.
When pasta is done - drain. Sprinkle ribbons of sliced prosciutto and the green peas into sauce. Stir to combine and heat peas through. Toss with pasta.
