This is a very simple and heart healthy recipe
6 Chicken breasts (trimmed)
1 cup Catsup (heated)
6 tbsp Honey
1 Lemon slice
Blend honey and catsup and pour over each breast.
Sprinkle pepper and any other spices desired over each breast.
Top each breast with a lemon slice.
Bake (uncovered)at 350 degrees for no more than 1 hour.
A little mustard and/or worchester sauce may be added to the catsup. If preferred, mixture may consist of half catsup and half barbeque sauce.

I've made a similar recipe for to this for years- my kids love it! I use pork chops in place of chicken, and add 1 T. ketchup, 1 T. brown sugar, 1 slice onion, 1 slice orange to each pork chop and bake for an hour.

I must admit, when I first saw this recipe I thought it sounded a little weird, but it turns out really good. It tastes a lot like barbeque chicken without the tangyness of BBQ.
