Par boil asparagus in salted water to almost done stage,
about 10 minutes, remove from water and cut into 1-2" pieces.
While asaparagus is boiling, fry up procuitto
in small amount of olive oil on medium heat
in non-stick skillet, until crispy, about 10 minutes. Drain any excess
oil, add garlic and asparagus just to heat back
up, stir in cheese and serve.
