Ingredients

1/2 cup Non-fat dry (powdered milk)
1 cup Marshmallows (finely chopped)
1/2 cup Calcium-fortified orange juice
40 Low-fat cookies (any kind crushed into fine crumbs)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp Nutmeg powder
1/4 tsp Cloves (powdered)
1 cup Raisins (any kind)
1/2 cup Dates (finely chopped)
1/2 cup Chopped walnuts
3/4 cup Candieed fruit mix

Preparation

1. Blend the non-fat milk powder, marshmallows and orange juice in a blender.

2. Mix rest of the dry ingredients with the cookie crumbs.

3. Now mix the milk mixture and the dry ingredients mixture together with a spoon until the crumbs are moist.

4. Transfer the ingredients into a baking pan and firmly press down.

5. Top with additional fruits and nuts.

6. Cover the baking pan with a lid and chill it in the fridge for 2 days before slicing and serving.
