Chicken Chili

This chili is low fat, but still has the taste and zip of regular chili. If my picky husband loves it you will too!Tastes like it cooked all day.

Ingredients

4 cans Fat free chicken broth

2 cans Navy beans drained

4 Skinless boneless chicken breasts

1 Small can diced green chili peppers

2c Water

1tbl Oregano

Preparation

grill chicken breasts. while cooking, add rest of ingrediants to pot. when chicken is done, shred and add to pot. boil for 10-15min. serve

Cook's Notes

If you want to thicken soup, mash one can of beans before putting in pot.
