2 tbsp Pear nectar
2 tbsp Honey
1/4 tsp Each ground cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg
1 Large ripe but firm winter pear, peeled and grated
1 tbsp Dried currants
2 tbsp Finely minced crystallized ginger
2 tbsp Sliced almonds
Dippers- broccoli flowerets and carrot sticks and sesame seeded crackers
