This delicious Italian recipe includes hearty pasta & loads of veggies in a rich white wine sauce. Serve with a Caesar salad & garlic bread to make it a complete meal.

Ingredients
10 oz. Penne pasta
1/2 lb. Chicken breast (cooked)
1 (14oz) can Cream of mushroom soup
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup White wine
2 Sp. Olive oil or cooking spray
1 clove Garlic
4 oz. Sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup Green peas
Salt & pepper
Preparation
Cook the pasta as directed. Slice the chicken breast into 1/2 inch small pieces. In a heavy pot, whisk the cream of mushroom soup with milk. Bring to boil, add wine & simmer until thick & creamy (about 5 minutes.) This will be the sauce. In a saute pan, add oil or cooking spray. Chop the garlic & cook it in the oil for 1 minute. Add the sliced mushrooms (add more cooking spray) & cook for about 10 minutes till tender. Add peas, salt & pepper.
Finally, bring pasta, chicken, sauce & veggies into one bowl. Mix well & serve hot.
Cook's Notes
Cooked Chicken breast
1/2 lb. Chicken breast (skinless, boneless)1/2 cup garlic & herb marinade (30 Minute Marinade)
Make punctures on the chicken with a knife. Rub the marinade into it & leave it for at least 1 hour. Grill on medium-high for 20 minutes OR bake in a 350 preheated oven for 30 minutes. Turn once & baste frequently.
