Creamy Chicken Mushroom Penne
Preparation
Cook the pasta as directed. Slice the chicken breast into 1/2 inch small pieces. In a heavy pot, whisk the cream of mushroom soup with milk. Bring to boil, add wine & simmer until thick & creamy (about 5 minutes.) This will be the sauce. In a saute pan, add oil or cooking spray. Chop the garlic & cook it in the oil for 1 minute. Add the sliced mushrooms (add more cooking spray) & cook for about 10 minutes till tender. Add peas, salt & pepper.
Finally, bring pasta, chicken, sauce & veggies into one bowl. Mix well & serve hot.
