1. For dressing, place Brie, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, lemon juice, shallot, basil, salt and pepper in blender. Pulse a few times to emulsify. Transfer to small bowl, cover and refrigerate.
2. Place chopped apples, celery, walnuts, raisins and brie in salad bowl. Toss ingredients, drizzle dressing on top and toss again. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
