Quick and easy, healthy rollup. Vegetarian
1 can (15oz) chick peas (garbonzo beans), drained & washed
1 pkg. Extra firm tofu
1 clove Garlic, minced
2 tbs. Olive oil
2 tbs. Tahini
Juice form 1/2 lemon
2 tsp. Ground cumin
Salt & pepper to taste
8 Flour tortillas
Place all ingredient (except tortillas) in a food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy. Spread the mixture on each tortilla, roll up, and serve.
