Ingredients
1/2 cup Plain low-fat yogurt
2 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 tsp Lemon Zest salt or fine sea salt
Preparation
In a small jar with a lid, combine the yogurt, lemon juice and salt. Cover with lid and shake to blend. Taste for seasoning. The dressing can be used immediately. (Store dressing in the refrigerator for up to one week. Shake to blend before using).
Cook's Notes
I doubled the recipe - using a 7 oz carton of Greek yogurt and a bit over 4 Tbsp of fresh lemon juice. I used the fine sea salt (couldn't find the Lemon Zest salt at my local Safeway).
