Great Crock Pot recipe

Ingredients
2 lbs Stew meat
6 Carrots, cut up
8 Celery stalks, cut up
2 Onions, chopped
2 Medium potatoes , chopped
1/2 cup Red wine
1 tablespoon Salt
3 tablespoons Minute tapioca
1 can Cut up tomatoes
1 Slice of bread
Preparation
Put all ingredients in a slow cooker or a round roasting pan. Cover and cook 5 hours at 275 degrees. Can be topped with Bisquick dumplings
