Ingredients
2-8ounce Pkgs cream cheese (softened)
3oz Hot Pepper Peach Perserves
1 tbs Chopped onions
Grated Monterey Jack Cheese
Preparation
Cream first three ingredients well and chill for at least one hour. Put into serving bowl and sprinkle grated Montery Jack Cheese on top. Keep chilled until ready to use.
Cook's Notes
Chopped jalapenos can be added for extra zing.
It can be prepared up to 48 hours prior to serving.
