Ingredients

8 ounces Whole whete penne
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Sweet onion
2 cups Chopped cooked chicken breast
1 cup Sliced pepperoncini, drained
1/2 cup Chopped roasted red bell peppers
1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup Crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
2 tbsp Chopped fresh oregano

Preparation

Place pasta and salt in large skillet, add cold water to cover. Bring to boil over high heat; cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain.

Meanwhile, spray large skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 3 minutes. Add chicken, pepperoncini, and roasted peppers; cook, stirring often, until heated through, about 2 minutes. Add pasta nad oil and toss until combined.

Divide pasta mixture evenly among 4 serving plates; srpinkle evenly with feta and oregano.
