in a large sauce pan ofboiling salt water, cook green beans 3-5 min. drain and rinse under cold running water. drain well.
in a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. add onion and cook until softened. Add tomato, garlic, parsley and seasoning.reduce heat to low and simmer 5 min.
add green beans and cook 5 min. longer, tossing frequently. Serve hot or at room temperature.
