Ingredients

1/3 cup Salsa
1 lb Canned refried beans, or other canned
Beans
6 8 inch ?our or corn tortillas
1½ cups Cooked rice
¼ cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Medium onion, chopped
1 cup Cooked brown rice

Preparation

Spray saucepan with cooking spray and heat for

about a minute. Add onion and cook until tender.

Add beans, salsa, cheese, and rice. Heat

thoroughly. Next, warm the tortillas in the

microwave for about 15 seconds. Spoon equal parts

of the bean mixture down center of each tortilla.

Fold tortilla around filling.
