A delicious homemade pork chop. Recipe is for one chop so double as needed for qty wanted.

Ingredients

1 tsp Margarine
1 Pork chop
1 Apple sliced (mince one slice and reserve)
1 tbl Brown sugar
1 tbl Ketchup

Preparation

Preheat oven to 370 degrees – double amount of meat and rest of recipe as needed. Brown pork chop (or chops) in margarine. In a baking dish place a piece of aluminum foil large enough to wrap chop with apple. Layer apple slices in center of foil. Top with browned chop. Spread brown sugar and Ketchup, minced apple over top over chops. Seal in foil - bake 1 hour.
