Easy, crowd pleaser! My former Chinese exchange student liked this salad but informed me there was really nothing Chinese about it - I had to change the name!

3 Heads romaine lettuce chopped
3 Or 4 celery stalks thinly chopped
1 pkg Shredded carrots
1 pkg Endamame shelled
1 Head green cabbage thinly cut/shredded
1 bunch Green onions finely chopped
1/2 pkg Honey sesame sticks from trader joes
1 cup Shredded cooked chicken breast
(vegetarians can substitute avocado or tofu for the chicken)
Optional - add slivered almonds
Optional - add a fruit: mango, strawberries, mandarin oranges or pear
Dressing - Asian sesame dressing from Costco - to taste - about 1/2 bottle

Add to taste for this much maybe 1/2 bottle
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Cook's Notes
Don't put the dressing on until just before it is served or it will make the salad soggy - it doesn't work well as left overs unless some was reserved without dressing.
