Awesome and sweet salad with an Asian flare.

Ingredients

2 bunches Bok choy
2 bunches Green onions
1/2 cup Butter
4 packages Ramen Noodles, crushed
1/2 cup Slivered almonds
1/4 cup Sesame seeds
1 cup Oil
1 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Vinegar
2 tbs Soy sauce

Preparation

Saute noodles, almonds, and sesame seeds in butter until the noodles are lightly browned then remove from heat. Next mix in oil, sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce to the sauteed mixture.

Chop the bok choy into bite size pieces.

Chop the green onions next and use only the tops.

Mix everything together in a very large bowl. You can also use a garbage bag, if you're brave.
