4 14-oz Cans pork & beans
8 slices Bacon
1 Medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1/2 cup Catsup
1 t Yellow mustard (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Fry bacon until crisp. Crumble and set aside. Saute onion in 2 T bacon grease until barely tender. Combine all ingredients in a greased 2-qt casserole and bake uncovered for 30-45 minutes.
