This can be a salad, but usually we serve this as the salsa with chips or quesadilla

Ingredients

2 c. Salsa
2 cans Black beans, drained and rinsed
1 c. Frozen corn, defrosted
1 White onion, chopped fine
1 bunch Cilantro, chopped fine

Preparation

Place all ingredients in bowl. Can be eaten immediately or allow to sit a few hours or overnight.

Cook's Notes

Adjust quantities to fit your tastes. Don't skimp on the cilantro -- it makes the dish.
