Ingredients

1 package ARTICHOKE HEARTS, FROZEN
4 EGGS
1/2 cup PEPPERONI, DICED
1 cup MOZZARELLA, SHREDDED
1/2 cup GRATED CHEESE
1 PIE SHELL

Preparation

COOK ARTICHOKES, DRAIN AND CUT. BEAT EGGS ADD ALL INGREDIENTS. MIX WELL POUR INTO PIE SHELL. BAKE 375 FOR 45 TO 60 MINUTES. MAY BE FROZEN AFTER BAKED.

Cook's Notes

SERVE AS PART OF ANTIPASTO OR AS A FIRST COURSE.
CAN BE MADE WITH ITALIAN SAUSAGE OUT OF CASING AND BROWNED WITH 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS, IN PLACE OF THE PEPPERONI.
SERVE AT ROOM TEMP.
