ITALIAN EASTER PIE

Grandma Sue would make this every Easter. She made it on Good Friday, we were not allowed to cut it open before Easter Morning. Breakfast on Easter, was, Sausage and eggs, Toast, O.J. Coffee, Easter Pie, and any other Easter specials that She had made for Easter.<br /> <br />

Ingredients

1/2 cup Cooked rice

Italian Cheese, Basket and Mozzarella

12 Eggs hard cooked

Parmasan Cheese

2 Small salami

Pepperoni

S/p

6 Raw eggs

Preparation

Cut up all of the above, mix all in large bowl with raw eggs. Until all is moist

Crust for top and bottom. Bake in 9x13 pan at 350 for 1 hour or longer. Brush top of crust with egg white prior to cooking.

Cook's Notes

UPDATE;I no longer use the rice, and only 6 hard cooked eggs. I add more meat, hot salami, hot ham and braided cheese. I do not add salt.
