Broccoli Salad

I make this salad every week all summer long.

Ingredients

1 bunch Fresh brocolli, bitesize pieces

1/2 cup Red onion chopped

1/2 lb. Shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 lb. Bacon crumbled

DRESSING:

1 cup Mayo

2 tbs. Vinegar

1/4 cup Sugar

Preparation

Mix dressing in small bowl, mix all. Refrig. for 1 hour prior to eating. It is the best!!

Cook's Notes

Good with 1/2 cup of Raisins added
and or walnuts.
