ITALIAN CHEESE CAKE

Very easy and good.

Ingredients

White or yellow cake mix.

2 lbs. Ricotta cheese

4 Eggs

3/4 cup Sugar

1 + teaspoon Vanilla

Preparation

Prepare cake according to directions

pour into 9x 13 pan

Mix all the rest together adding eggs one at a time

Pour filling over cake mix

Bake 350 for 1 hour.
