Ingredients

1 Whole Chicken

One Onion

Lawry's Seasoning Salt or any other seasonings

Preparation

Clean chicken in and out. Spray

with olive oil or Pam inside and out, sprinkle . seasonings on chicken. DO NOT add water. Roll

foil balls in bottom of crockpot.

Place chicken back side down.


Cook on high 4-6 hours

Cook's Notes

Weight Watchers points = 1 pt per
ounce without skin
