My kids are not broccoli lovers, but will give in with this recipe. I love it.

Ingredients

1 pkg. Frozen broccoli florets cooked and drained
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 t. Mayonnaise (not miracle whip)
1 t. Pepper
1 c. Cheddar cheese shredded
1 c. French fried onions
Salt to taste
1/2 c. Milk
1 t. Curry powder

Preparation

Place broccoli in bottom of baking dish. Mix all other ingredients and pour over top. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Serve with rice or just as a vegetable with the meal.

Cook's Notes

You can add a can of chicken breast and serve with noodles or rice for a complete meal.

This was a really good recipe. My daughter hates broccoli but she ate all of the tops of the broccoli tonight! The only thing I changed was I added cream of broccoli soup (I didn't have cream of mushroom) and did not add the curry powder.
