| 1 can | Water-packed artichoke hearts |
| 1 cup | Hellman's mayonnaise |
| 1 cup | Parmesan cheese |
| 1-2 | Dashes Tabasco sauce |
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until desired consistency (some folks prefer a chunkier texture). Pour into an oven-safe serving dish and place in 325 degree oven for about 10-15 minutes, until bubbling. Remove from oven and serve with a spoon or butter knife, baguette rounds, crackers, and/or breadsticks. Enjoy!
