Artichoke Dip

This hot dip is a hit every time. Very simple to make, it is a great thing to bring to parties. Serve with a variety of baguette rounds and crackers. Delicious!

Ingredients

1 can Water-packed artichoke hearts
1 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1-2 Dashes Tabasco sauce

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until desired consistency (some folks prefer a chunkier texture). Pour into an oven-safe serving dish and place in 325 degree oven for about 10-15 minutes, until bubbling. Remove from oven and serve with a spoon or butter knife, baguette rounds, crackers, and/or breadsticks. Enjoy!

Delicious appetizer. Suggestion.........because of the grease/fat content, I put into a larger baking dish avoiding the grease to spill out. Otherwise it can be a messy dish.
