Garlicky Green Beans

Delicious. Even kids love these!

Ingredients

1 pound Fresh green beans

1 tablespoon Extra-virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon Butter

2 cloves Fresh garlic

1/4 cup White wine

1 teaspoon Low-sodium chicken bouillon crystals

Black Pepper to taste

Preparation

Rinse beans and drain well. Snap or trim off the tough ends,


Heat oil & butter in 12" non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Add beans and stir to coat with butter mixture


Let the beans cook while you prepare garlic. Add garlic to skillet. Lower heat to medium and cook until beans turn bright green throughout, 4-5 minutes, stirring often.


Add wine & bouillon crystals, raise heat to HIGH and bring liquid to sizzle. Lower heat to MEDIUM and cook, stiring frequently, until crisp tender, about 5 minutes (or to desired doneness). Season with pepper & serve at once.
