You'll "Wow" your luncheon friends with these super easy sandwiches! You can be as creative as you like with the ingredients.

Ingredients

1 14 oz. Bag (5 count) Flat Bread

Cheese (shredded or thinly sliced)

Desired amount of ham and/or turkey deli meat

Pre-bagged baby field greens (I use Dole brand Tuscany Field Greens)

Sliced red pepper

Sliced tomatoes

Bacon

Avocodo thinly sliced

Sliced black olives

Sliced onion

Sweet Vidalia Onion salad dressing

Preparation

Slice veggies and prepare all other ingredients ahead of time so that the sandwiches can be put together quickly. Place flat bread in skillet and sprinkle cheese on one half. Warm flat bread until cheese is slightly melted (without burning the flat bread). Remove flat bread from skillet and add meat, sliced veggies, bacon, baby field greens, etc. Drizzle desired amount of salad dressing on top. Fold flat bread over and cut in half. Serve with fresh fruit and chips if desired.

Cook's Notes

All ingredients listed are optional, that is why this is a great sandwich to be made to order. Bean sprouts may also be included if desired.
