Ingredients
1 lb Ground beef (or other ground meat)
1 Small onion chopped
1 Small bell pepper
Asian bbq sauce (annie chun, etc) enough to coat
Soy sauce to taste
Teriyaki sauce to taste
Soba or udon noodles (1 pkg)
Preparation
Cook noodles according to package and set aside. Brown meat with onion and bell pepper. Add bbq sauce, soy sauce and teriyaki sauce to taste. mix with noodles and serve.
