1 (3 oz) pkg. Lowfat cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz) pkg. Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Dry mustard
1/4 tsp Ground red pepper
1/4 cup Beer
Beat cheeses until smooth. Add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and pepper. Gradualy add beer, Beating until smooth. Serve with crusty bread or crackers. Yield: 2 1/2 cups.
