| 1 c. | Nonfat sour cream |
| 1 c. | Nonfat cottage cheese |
| 1 1/2 t. | Curry powder |
| 1 1/2 t. | Lemon juice |
| 1 (15-oz) can | Artichoke hearts, drained |
| 1/4 c. | Thinly sliced green onions |
In a blender, combine sour cream, cottage cheese, curry and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. Add artichokes and blend in two or three bursts; it should be slightly chunky. Stir in green onions. Makes 3 cups.
