Ingredients
2 Large egg whites
1 large whole egg
1 teaspoon Flaxseeds (whole)
1 Whole-wheat English muffin, toasted
1 Slice Canadian bacon
1 Slice low-fat American cheese
1 teaspoon Ketchup (optional)
Preparation
1. Scramble the eggs in a bowl. Add the flaxseeds to the mixture.
2. Cook in a nonstick skillet in a tiny bit of butter.
3. Put the eggs on a toasted English muffin. Top with the bacon, cheese, and ketchup (if using).
