A great non-alcoholic version.
2 cups Canned pineapple, packed in juice, cubed
1 1/2 cups Pineapple juice
1 cup Fat-free vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup Light coconut milk
1 cup Ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Pour into tall glasses and serve. Yields about 1 1/4 cups per serving.
