Ingredients
6 Hard boiled eggs, peeled, halved length-wise
1/4 c. Sour cream
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Coarse ground pepper
1 tsp. Parsley flakes
2 Strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
Remove and mash egg yolks with sour cream, salt, pepper and parsley flakes. Mix until smooth. Stir in bacon. Stuff egg whites with yolk mixture, sprinkle with paprika and top with an olive half. To garnish, top with halved pimento stuffed olive.
