Ingredients

RAITA
1 c Yogurt
3/4 c Green seedless grapes, coarsely chopped
1/2 c Green onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp Fresh dill, minced
1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Fresh parsley, minced
TOASTED PITAS
8 Pita bread pockets
1/4 c Olive oil
2 cloves Fresh garlic, minced

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix until well combined. Serve with toasted pitas.

TOASTED PITAS:

Split 8 pita bread pockets into 2 flat rounds. Mix olive oil and minced garlic; brush on pitas. Lay pitas in single layer on baking sheets and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp. Break each pita into 4 pieces.

Makes about 2 C raita. 1 Tbsp raita = 1 serving
