Ingredients

½ pound Salmon per person
½ teaspoon Minced garlic
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons Soy sauce
6 tablespoons Olive oil

Preparation

Combine garlic, mustard, soy sauce and olive oil. Spread marinade over salmon, refrigerate 30 minutes. Save some sauce for cooked fish.

Grill salmon 5 minutes on each side, starting with skin side.

Add remaining sauce to cooked fish.
