It's a great dish. Cauliflower and broccoli with , I prefer Velveeta cheese but you could use whatever kind of cheese suits you.

Ingredients
1 Head of Broccoli
1 Head of Cauliflower
1 Block of Cheese (Velveeta)
Preparation
Cut the broccoli and Cauliflower and boil it until soft but not mushy.
Cut up blocks of the cheese and put it on the side.
When the broccoli and Cauliflower is complete drain it and put back into the pot. Add the cheese ,mix it up and Voila! An instant dish.
